Return & Exchange Policies

Eligibility Criteria For Return
Your purchase is eligible for return only if:
1) If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.
2) If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.
3) Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
4) Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
We require unboxing pictures/videos within 48 hrs of Delivery. No refund/exchange will be entertained without the same.
All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
 
Exchange Policy
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
1) In case, you wish to exchange any product, you need to return it within 7 days of delivery.
2) A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided for exchange of items.
3) Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.
4) Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, boxes and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase
5) Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
6) In case of a missing product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery. 
7) In the rare instance that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the product.
8) The credit note will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.
9) International orders are not eligible for any returns/exchanges.
General Terms & Conditions
1) Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.
2) Products purchased during sale period / discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
3) Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during sale period.
4) Refund will be given after deducted reverse shipping fee if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
5) Refund will be given after deducted reverse shipping fee if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
